1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to the use of the dk gam platform and all services operated under it. By creating an account on dk gam or beginning to use the services, you are considered to have fully accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

Only individuals aged 21 or older may open an account and use services on the dk gam platform. Age verification is mandatory during registration. Any attempt by a minor or underage individual to open an account is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on dk gam, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each person may open only one account.
• Transferring or renting an account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

dk gam may at any time request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents to verify a member's identity. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, dk gam reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on dk gam is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits must be made only using a payment method registered in the member's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may be longer for accounts where verification has not been completed.

3.3 Source of Funds

Funds deposited on dk gam must come from a legitimate source. Depositing funds from illegal or unclear sources is strictly prohibited. If dk gam identifies a suspicious financial transaction, it reserves the right to suspend the account and conduct an investigation.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200; to withdraw bonus winnings, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

4.2 Weekly Reload Bonus

Under dk gam's weekly reload offer, members can receive up to 50% of their deposit as a bonus, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount and the minimum deposit is ৳300. This offer is available once per week for regular members only.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Read the full terms and conditions before claiming a bonus.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• dk gam reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in immediate account termination.
• If misuse of a promotional offer is detected, the related winnings may be forfeited.

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Game Operations

All games and sports betting on the dk gam platform are conducted according to defined rules. If a technical error causes the outcome of a game to be unclear, dk gam's decision will be considered final. Taking advantage of any system or software error is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game category and sports market, and are displayed next to the game or market. These limits may change from time to time.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the dk gam platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deception.
• Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Stealing or misusing another member's account information.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions or bonuses.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by technical means.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the related balance may be forfeited.

6 VIP Program

dk gam's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, and up to 0.8% for Gold. The weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

For example: a Silver-level member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback. Advancement to a VIP level is determined based on a member's overall activity and participation. dk gam reserves the right to review and change any member's VIP level.

7 Responsible Gaming

dk gam believes that gaming is a form of entertainment that should be managed with awareness. We encourage our members to play responsibly.

• Set deposit limits for yourself.
• Use the option to take a break from gaming.
• Temporarily exclude yourself from the platform.
• If you face financial difficulty, seek help immediately.

8 Personal Data and Privacy

9 Cybersecurity and Technical Terms

The dk gam platform uses SSL encryption and other security technologies to keep data secure. Even so, complete security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

• Unauthorised attempts to access the system are prohibited.
• Any attempt to modify the platform's code, database, or software is subject to legal action.
• Conducting denial-of-service or distributed attacks is strictly prohibited.

dk gam reserves the right to temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance or upgrades. dk gam is not liable for any loss resulting from such interruptions.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by dk gam

dk gam may suspend or terminate an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicious financial transactions.

10.2 Account Closure by Member

Any member may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before the request is processed; however, any bonus balance for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

dk gam will not be liable for:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or service interruption.
• Loss resulting from careless disclosure of account information.
• External technical issues or problems related to third-party platforms.
• Financial loss arising from a member's own gaming or betting decisions.

In all circumstances, dk gam's maximum liability will in no case exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.

12 Dispute Resolution

dk gam is committed to resolving any member complaints or disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute arises, follow the process below:

• First, contact the support team directly via 24/7 live chat.
• If not resolved through live chat, send a detailed complaint by email.
• dk gam will provide a written response within a reasonable time after receiving the complaint.

13 Mobile App Terms of Use

dk gam's Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. These same terms and conditions apply to use of the mobile app. All transactions, betting, and gaming activity carried out through the app are governed by the same rules as the web platform.

App users are responsible for keeping the app secure on their device and preventing access by unauthorised individuals.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the dk gam platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is protected under the intellectual property rights of dk gam or its content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

15 Changes to Terms and Miscellaneous

dk gam reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed of changes through the platform. Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between dk gam and the member and replace all prior oral or written discussions.
